Terms of service

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept Cash on Delivery and manual payments (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa). Orders are confirmed before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is out of stock, in which case any advance payment is fully refunded. Product images are for reference; the actual product may vary slightly in colour or packaging. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping and Return policies.

Ordering and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24–72 hours of order confirmation, and delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery costs Rs 250 on orders under Rs 3,000 and is FREE on orders of Rs 3,000 or more, for both Cash on Delivery and advance payment. If you pay in advance using JazzCash or Bank Transfer (NayaPay), the Rs 250 delivery charge is waived or refunded after your payment is confirmed.

Returns

Returns are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, which allows returns within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or wrong items.
