Shipping policy

We deliver all over Pakistan. Orders are dispatched within 24–72 hours of order confirmation. Standard delivery charges: Rs 250 (flat, nationwide). Orders of Rs 3,000 or more get FREE delivery on both Cash on Delivery (COD) and advance payment, while orders below Rs 3,000 keep the Rs 250 delivery charge. A tracking number is provided for every order. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your city. Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct at checkout, as our courier may call you before delivery. For any delivery issue, contact us on WhatsApp or phone (see footer) with your order number.

Advance payment delivery benefit

If you pay in advance using JazzCash or Bank Transfer (NayaPay), the Rs 250 delivery charge is waived or refunded after your payment is confirmed.
